Our story begins in 1998, when our family believed in this place and bet on it with all our heart.

Today it’s us, Martina and Giorgia, carrying on this legacy with the same passion as our parents Paola and Franco.
Every day we put our heart into what we do and it shows, or at least that’s what people tell us!

We grew up here, in Calasetta, in southern Sardinia, among the scent of Mediterranean scrubland and the sound of the sea.
An island that has always been a crossroads of peoples and cultures, where North African influences intertwine with Genoese and Piedmontese roots, giving life to a unique identity: the Tabarchino one, also recognized by the Sardinian Region for its distinctive history and identity.
Beside us, a team that has grown over time and become family. Long-standing collaborators all born here, who stayed or returned to their land. Among them, you’ll sometimes hear the Tabarchino dialect emerge: a living sign of belonging, which says more than a thousand words.
Each of them is a storyteller of the territory, of the stories that places hold, of the traditions that resist time, of the flavors you won’t find elsewhere. Because Sulcis is not just a location: it’s who we are, and we can’t wait to tell you about it.
Love for the land, care for you
There’s a thread connecting the attention we give to our guests and the attention we give to the land we inhabit. You can see it in the kitchen, where we choose local zero-kilometer producers with the same care we use to select ingredients. You can see it in the management of the property, eco-sustainable and certified for environmental respect.
